HCL Residential Living works with veteran support organizations, case managers, and reentry partners to coordinate appropriate housing placements for older adult male veterans.

This page is intended for referrals and placement inquires. Veterans should be referred through a case manager or authorized support agency whenever possible.

Who May Submit a Referral

• Veteran support organization
• VA or community-based case managers
• Reentry, parole, or probation agencies
• Approved referral partners

Direct self-referrals may be viewed on a case-by-case basis

How the referral process works:

• Submit the referral or inquiry form below
• Our team reviews eligibility and availability
• If appropriate, follow-up will be coordinated with the referral source
• Placement is not guaranteed and is subject to program suitability and bed availability

Funding & Payment Information

HCL Residential Living is an independent housing program.

Housing placement requires an identified funding source (such as VA support, reentry program funding, parole/probation assistance, or private pay).

Funding does not need to be finalized at the time of referral but must be identified prior to placement.

Submission does not guarantee placement. Housing decisions are based on eligibility, funding readiness, and available space
